The foundation is formed by our 60 mm deep H60-W32 carbon rims. With a 32 mm external width and 24 mm internal width, the rims are designed around modern wider road tyres. The deep 60 mm profile is particularly suited to riders looking for aerodynamic efficiency and the ability to maintain high speeds.
The rims are combined with the OGS Ultra Light Road Hubset. At only approximately 229 grams per pair, the hubs help keep the total wheelset weight low despite the deep carbon rims. The hubs are manufactured from AL7075 and use high-quality TPI ceramic bearings together with a 36T ratchet drive system.
The wheelset uses Alpina Ultralite Aero Straight Pull spokes. Their aerodynamic 2.0 | 0.9-2.3 | 2.0 mm profile combines low weight, stiffness and aerodynamics. They are positioned as a high-end alternative comparable to well-known aero spokes such as Sapim CX-Ray and DT Swiss Aerolite.
Black Alpina Double Square aluminium nipples with ABT Locking complete the build. The self-locking system helps maintain the set spoke tension over time.
