Train efficiently throughout the year with the COOSPO T10 Smart Trainer. This direct-drive indoor trainer automatically adjusts the resistance according to the selected workout or virtual route, allowing cyclists to train specifically for endurance, climbing, sprinting and overall fitness.
With a maximum resistance of 2,200 watts, the T10 offers enough capacity for powerful sprints and demanding interval sessions. Gradients of up to 15% can be simulated, creating realistic resistance during virtual climbs.
The integrated power measurement has a claimed accuracy of ±2%. A spin-down calibration can be performed through the app to help maintain accurate power readings.
The T10 supports ERG mode. In this training mode, the resistance is continuously adjusted to maintain the selected power target. For example, when an interval is set at 250 watts, the trainer automatically changes the resistance according to your cadence and selected gear.
Because the bicycle is mounted directly onto the trainer after removing the rear wheel, there is no tyre contact with a roller. This prevents unnecessary rear tyre wear and provides a stable, direct and controlled riding experience.
The wide I-shaped base and low centre of gravity provide good stability during hard efforts. The internal drive system is fully enclosed inside the housing for a clean appearance and additional protection around the moving components.

COMPATIBLE TRAINING APPLICATIONS
The COOSPO T10 can be connected to smartphones, tablets, computers and compatible cycling computers through Bluetooth or ANT+.
The trainer can be used with applications including:

ERG MODE
ERG mode is ideal for structured workouts. The trainer automatically adjusts the resistance to maintain the programmed power target.
When a workout requires 250 watts, for example, the T10 changes the resistance according to cadence and gearing. This allows you to concentrate fully on the workout without constantly changing gears.
CASSETTE COMPATIBILITY
The standard freehub body is suitable for:
• Shimano 8-speed cassettes
• Shimano 9-speed cassettes
• Shimano 10-speed cassettes
• Shimano 11-speed cassettes
• Shimano 12-speed road cassettes with an HG fitting
• SRAM 8- to 11-speed cassettes with a compatible HG fitting
A separate XDR freehub body is required for SRAM XDR 12-speed cassettes.
Shimano Micro Spline cassettes cannot be installed directly onto the standard freehub body.
For 8-, 9- and 10-speed cassettes, use the supplied conversion spacer.
