The eRX's biggest advantage: the same shifters and derailleurs can be configured for 10, 11 or 12 speeds. Currently riding a 10- or 11-speed bike? Then you can switch to electronic shifting while keeping your existing wheels, cassette and chain. Want to move to 12 speed later? Just swap the cassette and chain – the groupset carries straight over. That makes the eRX not just an upgrade, but a future-proof investment.
The brake levers are made of carbon fibre and feel superb in the hand. Hydraulic disc brakes with fin-type cooling pads give you total control in any conditions, from summer sprints to wet autumn descents. The rear derailleur, featuring a carbon inner cage, is powered by a waterproof (IPX7) battery hidden inside the seat tube.
