Build your own high-performance gravel disc wheelset!
This complete DIY kit includes all the essential components to assemble an ultralight, robust, and modern gravel wheelset – perfectly suited for wide tires, rough terrain, and demanding conditions.

The rims feature precisely angled nipple drillings, aligned to match the spoke angles of the hubs. This ensures optimal spoke alignment, increased durability, and efficient power transfer.

The final wheelset weight is approximately 1140 grams after assembly. The spoke lengths are pre-calculated to 288 mm, simplifying the build process and ensuring an optimal result.

A standout feature: the carbon spokes are equipped with a T-Head, which prevents them from twisting during tensioning. They always remain in the ideal aerodynamic and tensioned position. The hubs are specifically designed to support these T-Head spokes. Their matte, hard-anodized finish perfectly complements the carbon spokes – for a sleek, cohesive, and high-end appearance.

• Rims: 2x WP Carbon Gravel Disc Brake Rims H40-W38
  (40 mm height, 32 mm internal width, 38 mm external width, approx. 400 g each)

• Hubs: OGS Super Lights Carbon Spoke Hub Set
  (compatible with Shimano/XDR/MSR/N3W, 286 g per set, 36T ratchet system)

• Spokes: Alpina Carbolite Straight Pull Carbon Black – 40x
  (T-Head, length: 288 mm front and rear)
  (spoke lengths calculated via SpokeCalc)

• Nipples: 40x Alpina Carbolite Nipples with Locking System
