The SRAM NX Eagle PG-1230 cassette gives mountain bikers that extra bit of climbing range. The cassette is ideal to combine with a 30t, 32t, or 34t single chainring.

Technology

• Very strong and durable: Designed for E-MTBs. The SRAM NX Eagle PG-1230 12-speed cassette is made of four extra strong steel cogs mounted on a lightweight aluminum spider. The other eight cogs are made of lightweight but durable steel. This makes the cassette as light as possible, yet capable of handling the immense power transfer of an E-MTB.

• Fast shifting with the Powerglide system: This cassette has a very wide range, ensuring that you always find the right gear. From high speeds on descents to a climbing gear for steep hills, the Powerglide system ensures everything runs smoothly, thanks to SRAM's special manufacturing process. These cogs are stamped and CNC-machined for a more detailed finish.

Gear Range

The SRAM NX Eagle PG-1230 12-speed cassette offers a wide range and particularly large climbing gear. The gear ratio is as follows: 11-50: 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 22, 25, 28, 32, 36, 42, 50.

Compatibility

This SRAM NX Eagle cassette is compatible with all Shimano/SRAM freehub bodies, except XD freehubs. It can also be used with all SRAM Eagle systems. Recommended compatible chains are the PC-XX1, X01 Eagle, GX Eagle, and NX Eagle chains.
