+=+20 Gold stars. The spoke thickness is true to size (try measuring some lesser brand spokes) and I have always rated Alpina metallurgy, never had a problem with them.
The delivery was superb, they used UPS for my delivery (hands up if you have had a problem with lesser courier companies in the past! Thought so…), the on-line ordering was quick, efficient and secure.
The emails were exactly right, not too many, but kept you informed so you knew where and when it was being delivered, and the speed from order to delivery was stunning.
This is a company who pull it all together so you can get on with what you are doing, knowing you don’t have to check, telephone and worry about your order.
